From a 3.8 hectare plot purchased in 2017, Gamay vines up to 75 years old grown on sandy soils, vinified in the Burgundian manner with one third whole bunch, aged in a combination of stainless steel, large oak vats and 3-4 year old barrels. Typical of it’s appellation, the wine shows intense, succulent fruit along with supporting tannic structure.
