(roughly 45% pinot noir, 35% pinot meunier and 20% chardonnay): Bright orange-pink. Spicy cherry, red berries, blood orange and five-spice powder on the perfumed nose. Fleshy but dry, boasting excellent energy to its bitter cherry, redcurrant and floral pastille flavors. Finishes smooth and fleshy, with very good breadth and cling. The turnaround over the last few years at this house, now under the guidance of chef de cave Benoit Gouez, has been remarkable.

A vivid pink color and ample fruit aromas are followed by fairly ripe, full cherry and strawberry flavors that hint at sweetness. The texture is soft and generously bubbly.
