Herb Lamb HL Cabernet Sauvignon 2010

The 2010 is a sexy and very accessible wine, with sweet nutty coconut and chestnut in the nose. There are generous red fruit flavors in the palate, reminiscent of a cool-climate wine, showcasing great structure and length. In the mouth, there are bright, fruity notes of black and red cherry, roasted chestnut and hints of mocha and coconut, with a similar lengthy cherry finish. The oak is well- integrated and shows toasty notes and vanilla in the young wine.
