The wine is cool and brisk, acres of chalk-dust and starchy basmati. 100% Chardonnay, All from old vine Chardonnay parcels in Villers-Marmery, élevage 25% in used barrique, the rest in stainless steel sur latte 48 Months.

The NV L'Extra Brut (disgorged in November 2015 with four grams of dosage per liter) is a 100% Blanc de Blancs sourced in Villers-Marmery, 80% in 2013 and 20% in 2012. The wine opens with a lean, very clear and focused nose of white fruits and yeasty flavors. Fruit-intense and really dry on the palate, this is a lovely fine and refreshing aperitif with a serious and grippy finish.
