Fermented with 38% whole clusters, the 2020 Grenache Thompson Vineyard is more meaty and almost nutty, with ripe, savory red and darker fruits, notes of ground herbs, loamy earth, and leather, medium-bodied richness, silky, elegant tannins, and a great finish. As with all the wines here, it's lightly colored and is all about finesse and elegance.

The 2020 Grenache Thompson Vineyard is an attractive, light-bodied wine. Sweet dried cherry, mint, crushed flowers and a dollop of whole cluster savoriness are nicely layered. This is an especially ethereal, perfumed stye. There's a bit of grippiness in the tannin, but this is nicely done.
