Often pale, with limpid orangey lights. Le Rosé is a blended Champagne that offers two distinct and successive taste profiles. This wine first enrobes the mouth with a mellow texture, then is long on the palate, leaving a delicate and precise consistency.

The NV (2015) Brut Rosé is fabulous. Rich and expansive on the palate, Alexandre Chartogne's Rosé is impossible to put down. The 2015 has enough richness to drink well at the table, but it is also irresistible on its own. Readers will find a racy, generous Rosé that hits all the right notes. Vinification in tank preserves a good deal of freshness. Dosage is 5-6 grams per liter. Disgorged: December, 2019.

A delicate rosé that's finely meshed and harmonious, marrying a subtle, chalky underpinning and sleek acidity with flavors of nectarine and baked strawberry fruit, showing hints of crystallized honey and chopped almond. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Disgorged December 2019. Drink now through 2024.

Based on the 2018 vintage, Chartogne's latest NV Brut Rosé was disgorged in May 2021 with around six grams per liter dosage. Offering up aromas of pear, tangerine and plums, it's medium to full-bodied, seamless and fleshy, with a pillowy mousse and a generous core of fruit. It's one of the more immediate, front-loaded wines in the range.

Pretty sunset pink color, with a soft, strawberry Champagne. It is dry, but the dryness is less important than fruitiness, with citrus and caramel flavors.
