The 2019 Vineyard N°95 Cabernet Sauvignon is our best yet. It has beautifully expressive aromatics combined with a dense and flavorful palate. Lifted notes of crushed blackberries, thyme, cedar, and clove precede the fresh blueberry compote flavors. Supple tannins move across the energetic palate, finishing with dark chocolate notes. There is just the right amount of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot to add elegance and richness to complete this wine. Delicious now, it will reveal additional nuances with further aging.
