The 2021 La Felisa hails from Emilio Moro vineyards in Pesquera de Duero and was bottled without added sulfites. Garnet-red with a murky sheen. The perfume-like aromas feature cherry, damp earth and wild herbs. Dry in the mouth, polished, supple tannins and a juicy mouthfeel precede a long-lasting, fruity finish. This is a flavorful, well-calibrated Ribera del Duero.

Fruit-forward and expressive, with generous well-spiced boysenberry and blueberry fruit flavors up front, followed by savory notes of eucalyptus, Earl Grey, loamy earth and smoke on the midpalate and finish. Fresh and floral, this is thick in texture but well-knit and balanced, with taut tannins firming the zesty finish. Drink now through 2028. 3,000 cases made, 1,100 cases imported.
