The NV Brut Rose Ultradition (Meunier) is a very pretty, delicate wine. Crushed red berry fruit, spice, cedar, sweet spice, tobacco and dried flowers all grace this understated, wonderfully classy Rose from Laherte. Lifted, perfumed aromatics and silky contours add to its considerable appeal. The Ultradition is a total delight. This release is 60% 2019 and 40% 2018. As always, the Ultradition Rose is a blend of components that are vinified blanc (60%), with maceration (30%) and saignee (10%). Dosage is 6-8 grams per liter. Disgorged: April, 2022.

A richly spiced version, with fragrant ground anise and ginger notes accenting the well-knit and creamy flavors of crushed black cherry, peach skin, toast and graphite. Offers a lingering, well-cut finish. Disgorged November 2016. Drink now through 2021.

Exhibiting notes of orange rind, plums, cinnamon and red berries, the NV Brut Rosé Ultradition is medium-bodied, bright and charming, with a fine-boned core of fruit, lively acids and a delicate pinpoint mousse. This release, disgorged in October 2010, is based on the 2015 vintage and 60% direct press Pinot Meunier, 30% macerated Pinot Meunier and 10% red wine from Pinot Meunier.
