The 2020 Chablis Vaudésir Grand Cru has an attractive bouquet with orchard fruit, pressed white flowers and light flinty notes, gaining intensity in the glass. The palate is firm with nice acidity and has good weight (more than most Valmurs) with a persistent, classically- styled finish. Very fine. Tasted blind at the BIVB tasting in Chablis.
