Named after the iconic French actress of the 1950s and 1960s who is now an animal-rights activist, this off-dry Champagne was produced from reserve wines, giving maturity as well as balance to the structure and lemon-sorbet flavors. The wine is ready to drink.

Soft and creamy in texture, with lots of pineapple and guava fruit, offering hints of candied ginger and lemon chutney. Juicy and off-dry, but a backbone of mouthwatering acidity keeps this balanced and refreshing. Disgorged June 2018. Drink now. 400 cases made, 14 cases imported.

Disgorged in June 2018, the NV Sec Cuvée Brigitte Bardot displays generous aromas of lemon curd, warm brioche and ripe peaches complemented by some reserve wine complexity, followed by a medium to full-bodied, fleshy and rounded palate with racy acids that balance its off-dry dosage to surprisingly enlivening effect.
