This flavored vodka took nearly 5 years to create. Miles sourced and extracted many (many!) varieties of tea to find the flavor profile that matched his vision. Ultimately, he chose rare first-growth green tea from the Anhwei Province, a prime growing region along China's fabled Silk Route. Perfecting the extraction technique to ensure well-balanced flavors & a smooth mouthfeel required his years of experience as a Master Distiller. Serving Suggestions: On the rocks, with a splash and 50/50 with unfiltered sake served in a martini glass.
