The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon, a barrel sample, is an elegant, feminine style of Cabernet Sauvignon, with plenty of perfume, flowers and red and black fruits, soft tannin, and an easygoing, lush mouthfeel. Not by any means a blockbuster, but delicate and fresh, drink it over the next decade.
