This wine was harvested last week of September 2015, and then placed in oak in March 2016 until February 2018. It is a strong, clever and sensitive teenager which needs some time to continue 'leaning' and to show its delicacy. Deep 'carmín' and clean. It is fruity, with also some floral and spicy notes. When you taste it, you understand why we call it a 'teenager'. You will have all its power, its tannins but at the same time, now, it starts to show its delicacy. Here in Priorat, we love our stews in winter. They could be prepared with veal, lamb and pork, always with lot of vegetables, mushrooms and olive oil. Xavi Buil loves them with a glass of Carmí.
