A blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, Lallementês non-vintage Brut (May 27 2005) reveals top-flight aromatic richness in its floral scents. Though predominantly Pinot Noir, this wine is eerily Chablis-like, with concentrated salty mineral flavors. Light to medium-bodied, spicy, and dry, it reveals outstanding depth.
