The style here is quite ripe and generously oaked, and the 2019 Auditori, produced with pure Garnacha, shows reminiscences with some wines from Priorat. It is ripe and heady at 15.5% alcohol but with very good freshness, abundant and fine-grained tannins and a long, dry finish. It has an earthy twist and is balsamic, with plenty of sweet spice and smoke. It was bottled after 12 months in second to fourth use French oak barrels. 1,146 bottles were filled in July 2021.
