The Les Cris is a beautiful Pouilly-Fumé, offering the typical pleasant floral perfume. It is flinty and mineral, coming from three hectares of 20-35 year old vines planted on calcicare. Gravity-fed and fermented in epoxy-lined cement, this racy, intense wine has great concentration and length.
