A shochu made from Mannenboshi barley prepared with atmospheric distillation and stored over the long term. Due to the characteristics of the raw ingredient barley, you can taste the mature excellence even in a relatively short period of over 3 years. The inherent flavor lingers - this is richness. Rich toasted notes, flavors of hazelnut and cacao, a swirl of spices. Enjoy neat or with a touch of hot water to lift out the aromas.
