This biodynamic fruit has been fermented and aged in a mix of concrete egg and oak barrels, 10% new. The flavors have the wild feral character that suggests native yeasts were used, and that mix of fruit and flower and notes of pollen and spice and certain unidentifiable herbs makes this a wine to contemplate rather than pound down.

The 2019 Chardonnay Seven Springs Vineyard is laced with tropical fruit, spice, chamomile and floral notes are front and center. This extroverted, supple Chardonnay certainly has plenty to offer right out of the gate.
