Reductively developed, somewhat cheeky drinking wine with lively acidity and superficial character, structured by firm tanning. All in all a likeable rascal, compact and solid. With its demonstrative fruit, it is almost predestined to accompany well-seasoned dishes, such as B. Sured, smoked, horseradish. But it would also cut a fine figure with herring salads or a paprika fish soup.
