This satisfyingly full-bodied, dense wine offers a wealth of baked strawberry complemented by a fistful of clove, cinnamon and Asian five-spice. The tannins are firm and supported by moderate acidity, while strong elements of forest floor and sautéed mushroom add to the savory nature of it all.

Pale to medium ruby colored, the 2013 Pinot Noir Chenoweth Vineyard reveals a very pretty floral / potpourri perfume with a core of baking spices, earth, kirsch and dried cranberries. Opulent, full-bodied, plush and complex, it offers loads of decadent spicy flavors and great length. Drinking beautifully with now, it should cellar for another 7-8 years.

Intense, with vibrant, if raw and edgy, tannins amid the firm blackberry, spice, anise, cedar, black licorice, cola and savory herb notes. Everything is in place, though the tannins are biting. Drink now through 2021. 240 cases made.
