From an assemblage of the wines from the two grapes comes our Cuvée Rosé, which is then made sparkling using the Charmat Method. Deep red color with hints of crimson; perfumed floral bouquet, with elegant yet intense notes of wild berries and morello cherries: full, tangy, rounded fruit on the palate. Served best with seafood risottos; richly flavoured fish such as salmon and eel; white meats such veal or chicken. Delicious with sheep's and goat's milk cheeses.
