|Region||France, Champagne, Reims|
Presented in a bottle of chrystalline purity, the composition pays homage to the talents of the XIIIth. Century artists who so patiently assembled the colours of the Great Rose Window of Reims Cathedral. This Champagne goes well with exquisite dinners: it seduces the senses and is "the Champagne de Luxe".
Gingerbread aromas introduce berry and orange flavors in this tangy Champagne. Tight and on the tart side, so try with food. Drink now through 2012.
Bread dough and yeast aromas but little fruit comprise the nose, while the palate, which is fairly bland at first, picks up speed later on to display some tangy citrus. The finish is lengthy, and it's here that you get some berry fruit, citrus rind and toast.
