Don't let the price tag fool you. This wine is made with fruit from three serious vineyards: Hyland, Murto and Westmount. Blackcap raspberry and leather aromas mix it up with basil, rosemary and pine needles on the nose. There's also a tiny amount of seared steak and dark chocolate swirling about in the background. Tannins are fine grained and the acidity is positively electric. Black cherry and raspberry fruit flavors fill the mouth.
