Seeing only four months in steel, the organic Valle dell'Acate 2020 Sicilia Grillo Zagra is very true to the grape, with plenty of citrus and a grassy note of dried flowers or lemongrass. This is a fresh and lean-bodied white to drink at outdoor salad lunches or other informal occasions. Some 25,000 bottles were made.
