Our 2017 Rosé is produced using the traditional Saignee method. After 24 hours of skin contact, Pinot Noir juice was bled off the fermenters and fermented in stainless steel tanks. A slow, cool fermentation was used to preserve the delicate flavors and aromas of fresh cut strawberry and watermelon. Lime zest complements the bouquet and provides acidity against the palate of raspberry. The end result is a delicious and balanced Rosé that will leave you coming back for more.
