The 2013 Blanc de Blancs is 100% Chardonnay, aged for approximately 30 months on the lees and disgorged in late 2016. Bright and emphasizing its acidity, this doesn't have that tightly wound feel or depth, but it has the freshness to keep it lively. It dances lightly over the palate. Drink this young and fresh. However long it keeps, it probably won't reward aging.
