The "Gray" takes second place in our production. The vines are found in the balance of full maturity and offer a wine with Mediterranean scents of williams pear, yellow peach and dried flowers. On the palate the pinot grigio is proposed with a coherent taste development: it is fat and complex thanks to the definite notes of melon, cooked apple and tropical fruit, with widespread hints of apricot. When the wine is young, the final fresh acidity is very pleasant.
