Presence of ripe red fruit (blackberry, cherries in liquor) accompanied by spicy and balsamic aromas, scrub, leather and licorice. Mouth Feel: On the palate it is a structured wine, where the finesse prevails over the power, very elegant and expressive. The entry into the mouth is soft and velvety, with elegant and harmonious tannins, warm but balanced wine with a just and refreshing acidity, well constituted and with a persistent and intense end of tasting. Food Pairing: Hunting, red meat, stews, roasted with aromatic herbs, cheeses, fatty fish with tomato sauces, jumillano gazpacho and Iberian sausage.
