Our goal is that all of our eCommerce shoppers are satisfied with their orders. If you need to return an item for any reason, please contact our customer service department.
Our Return Policy
Please note that any returns, or refunds, for any reason will be Honored up to 30 days after your product(s) have been delivered or picked up from our physical location. Returns beyond the 30 days will be honored at our discretion. Upon arrival back at our facility the product will be subject to a staff evaluation. If it is determined that the wine is flawed or Incorrect we will refund the cost of the product and associated shipping cost. If the product is sound and was originally shipped as listed on the order, you will be responsible for both the original and return shipping charges and may incur a 15% restocking fee.
In the case of flawed wine, please do not continue to open and try bottles after the 1st Bottle is open without contacting us beforehand to discuss the issue. Please also do not discard the content of the “spoiled wine” before contacting us. All bottles, opened and unopened, must be returned to receive a refund of the product cost and associated shipping charges.
If you have received a broken bottle, please send a picture of the item with your refund request for our staff to review. If you have received a leaking or damaged seal, please contact us for options.
We fill orders based on the listing of the item not the image displayed. If there is a discrepancy over an image on our website, or you question the image, feel free to contact us prior to placing your order. We will not return or exchange an item based on its presented image.
All order modifications must be submitted before the order is picked up, delivered or shipped. Once an order has left our facility, it cannot be canceled.
Your order may be subject to cancellation should the item ordered no longer be available and the order can not be fulfilled as placed. A full refund would then be issued and the purchaser notified by our staff
Order Cancellation & Changes to an in-progress Order
If you must cancel or change your order for any reason, please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible after placing your order. Please note, order cancellations after seven (7) days may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If your order has already shipped please see return policy above.
Vintage Changes
Occasionally, some vintages that appear on a web site may be out of stock. When these situations arise, we contact the customer with the following three options, all with no ensuing penalties:
• Change the order to the current vintage.
• Delete the out-of-stock item from the order.
• Cancel the order entirely.
Pricing and Image Disclaimer
Occasionally, our listed prices may be incorrect, or the bottle size may be incorrect. For example, a 750ml size may be incorrectly priced as a 375ml bottle. When such situations occur, Rye Brook Wine & Spirits shall be held harmless for the error. We make every effort to make sure that our product database is accurate, however mistakes do happen. We will not honor incorrect pricing. In all cases, the customer will be contacted before any charges are made to the credit card for a decision to proceed or not proceed with the order at the correct price. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse sales if we deem them to be inappropriate and/or unsafe. The product images shown are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the product. Rye Brook Wine & Spirits reserves the right to change product images at any time without notice.
Promotional Codes
Rye Brook Wine & Spirits reserves the right to select which items are and are not eligible for further promotional discounts. Items sold at or near cost are not eligible for additional discount via the promotion codes released via email advertisements. Should an error occur allowing the item to be purchased with the promo code we reserve the right to cancel the order or omit this item from your order with notice. Items sold below our cost may be subject to cancellation with notice.
