The 2015 Zeltinger Sonnenuhr Riesling Auslese is very clear, fine and fresh on the nose, which indicates a pretty pure and stony/mineral character. The attack on the palate is dense, enormously vital and racy; the wine is straight, firm and fresh, full of salts, and provided with great clarity and mineral tension. A fascinating and stimulating Auslese with a gorgeous grip and kick.
