Red cherry, strawberry and dried herbs. Juicy bramble, red plum and cherry on the palate. Full-bodied, with peppery tannins, tobacco spice and a hint of leather. Finishes with soft red fruits and delicate rose aromas.
This 2022 Grenache Samuel's Collection Bush Vine is vibrant and perfumed with its layers of raspberry, dark earth and cherry pit aromas of good intensity. Generously flavored and well composed with concentration and balance, chewy tannins providing adequate grip and some aging potential.
The 2022 Barossa Bush Vine Grenache is juicy and super spicy, with peppercorns, clove, star anise, mulberry, raspberry and arnica. This tastes like the Barossa, in that the tannic undertow has a distinctly earthy, ferruginous character, but it is also possessed of bright and detailed top notes, giving it a jubilant feel. Very good. 14.5% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
