The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Happy Canyon RSW comes from head-trained vines planted in the 1990s. Medium to deep ruby-purple, it has an iron-like broodiness to its aromas of cassis, blueberries, loamy earth and sweet spice. The palate is full-bodied and powerful, with noticeably bright, refreshing acidity and a long, flavorful finish replete with lingering violet tones.
