A new addition to the Place de Bordeaux. Some salinity here, a salty tang to the red berry fruits on the palate. Crisp and fresh, a light touch in the glass with a hint of sweetness and freshness. Quite a delicate style but cool and nuanced with appealing grapefruit zest elements. Fermentation takes place at low temperature in stainless steel vats, as does ageing, which preserves the freshness and finesse.
