The 2008 Nosotros is a cuvee of 100% Malbec sourced from 52-year-old vines and aged for 18 months in 100% new French oak. A glass-coating opaque purple color, it sports an alluring nose of toasty oak, mineral, licorice, lavender, exotic spices, and assorted black fruits. Dense, rich, and voluptuous on the palate, this full-bodied effort will reward 4-5 years of cellaring, although readers may find it hard to keep their hands off this beauty.
