On the nose the sagebrush and tobacco leaf tones meld nicely with a dusting of cocoa powder and blackberry compote that all sing in unison. The palate is silky smooth, revealing a soft texture and great sense of mouthfeel. A light veil of salinity runs through the core of chocolate cake, coffee grounds and rich cassis tones on the palate.
