The Schrader Cabernet Sauvignon from the To Kalon Vineyard in Napa Valley showcases the rich, bold characteristics typical of California Cabernet. This wine offers deep flavors of dark fruits, including blackberry and cassis, complemented by subtle notes of oak and spice, resulting from careful aging. The proximity to the Napa River and the unique terroir of the To Kalon Vineyard contribute to its complexity and depth.
Ideal food pairings for this Cabernet Sauvignon include grilled steak, lamb chops, and rich, savory dishes such as beef bourguignon. Additionally, it pairs well with aged cheeses and dark chocolate desserts, enhancing the wine's robust flavors.

Schrader's 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon TKS comes from a back corner of the vineyard, down near Far Niente and Stelling, planted to Clone 337. It offers compelling aromatic complexity, with gently floral elements of violets, thyme and menthol floating atop mixed red and black cherries. Full-bodied, richly concentrated and tannic, it's nevertheless ripe and velvety on the lingering finish.
A broad, velvety, generous and saturated wine, full-bodied, layered in fine-grained tannins, black fruits and tempting oak spices. Warm, luxurious, creamy and spicy, offering flavors of black cherries, dried blueberries, creme de cassis, cedar and tobacco leaf. The first vintage of this vineyard block selection from the Robert Mondavi Winery\'s property. Almost drinkable now and best from 2030.
