Limpid orange-pink. Fresh and energetic on the nose, displaying ripe red berry and citrus fruit aromas that are complemented by zesty mineral and pungent floral notes. Offers subtly sweet strawberry, orange and peach flavors that tighten up and become spicier with air. Shows very good clarity and mineral cut on the finish, which leaves a juicy red berry note behind.

The mid-level rosé offering from Mirabeau, the 2017 Pure slots in nicely, showing more weight and richness than the winery's basic bottling. Passion fruit, lime and berry notes appear on the nose, while the palate is medium-bodied and the finish long and concentrated, hinting at lime zest and crushed stone. Worth the step up, IMO.
