The Philip Togni Vineyard Spring Mountain Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 showcases a robust flavor profile, characterized by dark fruits, hints of spice, and firm tannins. Sourced from the esteemed Spring Mountain region of Napa Valley, this wine benefits from the area's elevation and unique microclimate, contributing to its complexity and balance.
This Cabernet Sauvignon is best enjoyed at cellar temperature between 60-65°F. It pairs well with red meats, hearty dishes, and aged cheeses. Consider decanting for 30-60 minutes before serving to enhance its aromatic profile and overall experience.

One of the top vintages I have had the privilege to taste, Philip Togni's 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate starts quietly, with delicate, pretty notes of bay leaf and violets, then steadily grows into a crescendo of mixed red and black cherries and cassis. This medium- to full-bodied wine is concentrated, rich and dense yet never heavy or overdone; it's tannic but without any harshness, exhibiting awesome length and elegance on the finish.
