The Paul Hobbs Cabernet Sauvignon Coombsville 2021 is a bold red wine from the Coombsville AVA in Napa Valley, known for its unique microclimate that allows for balanced ripening. This wine showcases rich notes of dark fruits, blackberry, and cocoa, complemented by hints of spice and well-integrated tannins, reflecting the essence of its cool-climate origin.
Ideal for pairing with red meats such as grilled steak or lamb, this Cabernet is best served in a large glass to enhance its aroma. Enjoy it now or cellar for further development. Decanting for at least an hour before serving will also improve its flavor expression.
