Hints of menthol accent black cherries and vanilla that are joined by savory notes of black olives on the nose of the 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon. Much like the 2021 version I tasted alongside, it's medium to full-bodied, smooth and easy to drink, not overly extracted or tannic but balanced and reasonably elegant.
