Unique aromas of wet earth, mushrooms, dark fruits and flowers follow through to a full body, rich and chewy tannins and a powerful finish. This is muscular yet polished showing depth and length. Give it until 2020 to show you what it really has. WA 94+
Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Mt. Veeder has notes of freshly crushed red and black currants and mulberries over hints of pencil shavings, red roses and menthol plus a touch of Chinese five spice. Medium to full-bodied with a very firm frame of grainy tannins and plenty of freshness, it fills the palate with red and black fruits, with loads of earthy layers coming through on the long finish.
