The 2022 Campanaio, equal parts Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, is a fine effort from Alessandro Cellai. It offers up succulent dark cherry, plum, sweet French oak, licorice and rose petal in a racy, flamboyant style that will require minimal cellaring.
