The 2018 Cotes de Provence Rose Etoile features slightly floral aromas, plus hints of crushed stone to go with delicate notes of lime and peach/melon. It's light to medium-bodied, crisp, fine and elegant, with a silky feel to the long finish. Tasted twice (once blind), with consistent results. It's a blend of 90% Grenache and 10% Cinsault.
