"The NV Champagne 1er Cru Mes Favorites Vieilles Vignes Brut is 80% Pinot Noir with rest Chardonnay and is an even split of 2019 and 2018 from vine selections over 50 years old from Hebrart™s favorite sites. A bright yellow color, it boasts delicate toasty, reductive notes initially (but not from oak), followed by notes of Mirabel, cherry blossoms, orange citrus, and shortbread. It™s approachable and fully dry on the palate, with a clean and peachy finish. It is a highly appealing wine with a refined and spritely mousse that frames the wine nicely. Drink over the coming 10 years. 5 grams per liter dosage. Disgorged March 2023."

Rich, creamy and ample in feel, Mes Favorites offers a beguiling mix of old-vine intensity wrapped around a core of bright acids. Kirsch, dried flowers, mint, spice and pear build as this showy, inviting Champagne offers a warm embrace. Dosage is 5 grams per liter. Disgorged: January18, 2022."

"Crafted from old vines of massal selection planting on a south-facing site in Mareuil-sur-A , the NV Brut Premier Cru Mes Favorites Vieilles Vignes offers up an elegant, complex bouquet of white peach, pear, herbs, lemon oil, pastry and tangerine. Fleshier and deeper than its siblings, it's medium to full-bodied, vinous and charming and has a delicate, vinous core of fruit that leads to a long, saline and slightly anise-inflected finish. This blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay (based on the 2019 and 2020 vintages in equal parts) was disgorged with a dosage of 5.5 grams per liter."
