L'USINE Pinot Noir from Santa Rita Hills, California, showcases a flavor profile characterized by bright red fruit notes such as cherry and raspberry, complemented by earthy undertones and subtle spice. The coastal influence of the region contributes to a well-balanced acidity and a smooth finish, typical of high-quality Pinot Noir wines.
This wine pairs well with a variety of dishes, including roasted chicken, grilled salmon, and mushroom risotto. It also complements charcuterie boards and soft cheeses, making it a versatile choice for many dining occasions.

Pale to medium ruby-purple colored, the 2018 Pinot Noir needs a little coaxing to unlock notes of raspberry leaves, Bing cherries and mulberries with touches of wild sage, mossy tree bark and wild fungi. Medium to full-bodied, the palate explodes with the most beautiful perfume, framed by very fine-grained tannins and lovely freshness, finishing long and fragrant. 1,474 cases were made.
Unabashedly powerful and ripe, showing the deeper darker side of Sta. Rita Hills and less of its bright, candied red cherry notes, favouring instead black cherry laced with vanilla and coconut shavings, topped with a kirsch note. Decadent layers of luscious ripe black cherry, raspberry and strawberry find spices on the palate, a warming centre with a long vanilla-oak and white pepper-tinged finish. Sumptuous, with featherweight, almost imperceptible tannins. Best to decant.
