The 2017 Pouilly-Fuissé En Châtenay wafts from the glass with a lovely nose of orange blossom, ripe pears and blanched almonds. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and enveloping, it's fleshy but precise, with lively acids and a perfumed finish.
