The 2021 Chablis Côte de Léchet 1er Cru has a pretty bouquet with yellow flowers and a dab of orange blossom, but there is real mineralité behind this that elevates it above its peers. The palate is fresh on the entry with crisp acidity and well integrated oak, just a little honeyed towards the finish but it feels precise with impressive length.
