Sourced from the vibrant vineyards of the Pacific Northwest, this wine captures the essence of the region's diverse terroir, offering a smooth finish with hints of spice and earthiness.
For optimal enjoyment, serve this red wine slightly chilled, around 55°F. It pairs well with a variety of dishes, including grilled meats, hearty pasta, and aged cheeses. Consider decanting for 30 minutes prior to serving to enhance its aromatic complexity.
A nicely balanced Rhone-style blend that combines pretty, fresh red-fruit character with a good texture of moderate tannins. So drinkable and fresh, accented by oak spices and full in body. Made from 44% grenache, 21% mourvedre, 19% syrah and 16% petite sirah from west Paso vineyards. Aged in about 25% new oak. Drink or hold.
