This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Elizabeth Spencer, now part of the Boisset Collection owned by Jean-Charles Boisset, is from vineyards in Yountville. Just 6 barrels were produced. This stylish Cabernet is polished and well-built with graphite and crushed stone aromatics, juicy black cherry, toasted fennel and dark chocolate. Powerful tannins build on the long finish with its heady blueberry compote notes and dried spring flowers, which layer in a bit of welcome freshness.
